In anime, the face tells the story. Oliver Chin is the author of numerous graphic novels for youth and called a "Comics expert" by the San Jose Mercury News. Teens are invited to attend Oliver's upcoming, hands-on library workshop where he will share his expertise with you about "How to Draw Anime Faces". Date: Monday, July 21
